Artwork Accuracy. We (“Speed4Designs”) are not responsible for any text, spelling, grammatical or graphical or typographical errors in the artwork that you (“Client”) submit. We are not responsible for any embroidery / printed items, and any cost incurred due to that error. Please double check the artwork before you submit artwork to us. Always test print or embroider for proof checking before doing your production runs.

Copyrights. Speed4Designs is a service provider for design services for design artwork that is being provided to us. Client is fully responsible for royalty and copyright considerations of any logos and trademarks that are provided to us. We assume that the client has obtained any necessary consent of the individual or entity having the rights there to for any such artwork provided to us. Upon request of Speed4Designs, the Client shall provide us with evidence of authority to reproduce such likeness. Client agrees to hold Speed4Designs free and harmless from all liability and indemnify Speed4Designs for any loss, damage or injury which speed4designs.com may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the Client shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Speed4Designs as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the Buyer.

Usage. The use of the Speed4Designs website, www.speed4designs.com and the sale of products and services offered on this Website are governed by the terms and conditions set forth herewith and all other disclaimers, guidelines, policies and terms and conditions of sale appearing on this Website (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). Your use of this Website in any manner, whether browsing, activating an account with us or making a purchase, constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you agree to follow and be bound by them. Speed4Designs reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully each time you use this Website.

Edits. We work very carefully to complete your order per specification to the extent possible. We will edit any completed order for free if it did not meet the instructions provided by you at the time the order was placed. Always inspect the completed artwork file thoroughly before going into any kind of production or other use of the completed file. Speed4Designs is not responsible for any ruined articles, errors or other problems in any productions material or any other use from the completed artwork.

We will edit a completed order for an additional fee determined by the complexity of such edit. No refunds will be given on completed orders.
Proprietary Rights. The Speed4Designs logos and trademarks, as well as other marks, trade names, trademarks and logos on this Website, are the properties of their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, copy or manipulate such logos in any manner without the prior written consent of the owner. The entire contents of this Website, including text, images, music, sound, photographs, video, illustrations, icons, graphics, headers, data, information and software (collectively, "Content") are subject to copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights or licenses held by Speed4Designs or a Speed4Designs affiliate or by third parties who have licensed their rights to Speed4Designs. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. and international copyright laws and Speed4Designs owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such law, the copyright in the arrangement, coordination, enhancement and selection of such Content or this Website. Except as provided above, you may not make copy, modify or create derivative works of the Content. We reserve the right to collect and store customer information that is essential to the administrative functions of the company. Submissions to Speed4Designs and Affiliated Servers. Any remarks, suggestions, ideas, messages (collectively referred as "Messages") submitted by you to Speed4Designs through this Website or other Speed4Designs affiliated websites shall remain the exclusive property of Speed4Designs. Therefore, Speed4Designs discourages you from submitting Messages that you do not wish to assign to Speed4Designs, including confidential information or any original creative materials such as product ideas or original works. You represent and warrant to Speed4Designs and accept responsibility for the accuracy, appropriateness and legality of the Messages. Your submission of such Messages shall constitute an assignment to Speed4Designs of all worldwide right, title and interest in and to all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Messages. Speed4Designs is entitled to use, copy, modify, disclose, distribute and make derivative use of any of the Messages for any purpose without restriction or compensation in any way to the Client.
Modification of Content. Speed4Designs attempts to ensure that the Content on this Website is complete and current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price or to product description or availability. Speed4Designs reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission or to change or update the Content without prior notice to you. Further, Speed4Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Speed4Designs shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
